2120 Vermont Ave Condos

There is a lot of development taking place around the Rhapsody condominium at 2120 Vermont Ave. Just across the street you have the Floridian Condominium almost 50% sold out. On and around Vermont Ave there are town homes being rebuilt, Duffy’s Irish Bar around the corner and plenty of new restaurants and stores bound to be constructed in the near future.  So far this year there have been two sales within the Rhapsody. one 1-bedroom which sold at $335,900 with $10,077 in seller help. And a 2-bedroom which sold at $565,000 with $10,000 in closing cost assistance. There are five 2-bedrooms currently active on the market. They are listed from $420,000 to $510,000. At this time there are three 1-bedrooms under-contract.  2120 Vermont has loft styled open space plans. A lot of people have gravitated to the building to have a new home with floor to ceiling windows, a grand roof deck with city views, garage parking for a price which can be hard to find in and around the U Street Corridor.
