The Moderno

The Moderno Conominium located at 1939 12th Street is nearing completion. The windows have been installed and the projected move in date will be at the end of January.  There are 19 units in all and 11 of them are under-contract. The units remaining to be sold are 6 one bedrooms (3 of them have dens around 735-745 sq. feet) and one duplex unit with 1800 sq. feet. The units will feature European styled kitchens and all condos will have glass, brick, and steel exteriors with European design influence.
